• NL & BE: 3–5 business days

• Rest of EU: 5–8 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

• Free shipping on orders above €100 (NL, BE, DE, FR)

• Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties

Returns & exchanges

• Sale items: no refunds. Exchange only, for another size or item (if available)

• Full-price items: return or exchange within 14 days after delivery

• More expensive item: you pay the difference. Less expensive: store credit

• Until 31.12.2026: request via your account (self-service). From 1.1.2027: email info@youngelite.nl with your order number

• All requests must reach us by 15 January 2027

• Items unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval
