Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help you out. You can return or exchange your offer within 30 days after you received your order. You can exchange your product for a gift card, a different product, or a refund trough bank.

Note: We charge €5 as processing fees for a return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items on sale can only be exchanged for a different size if available. Items on sale cannot be refunded in any way.
  • If you have ordered a custom made product, you lose the right of a refund in any kind of way. If there occurs a problem with your custom made product, we will be happy to solve this problem but we can not refund your order or make you a new one for free.  
  • Returned items may not be damaged in any way.
  • Returned items may not be worn nor washed.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging.
  • If you have bought your order in combination with a discount code, you can only refund the money you actually paid in real cash. The remaining will be refunded in a new discount code.

 

 

If you initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Go to your account (top right of your screen)
 
Step 2: Click on the order you want to return
 
Step 3: Click 'request return'
 
Step 4: Select a reason and click 'request return' again

Step 5: Wait a moment. An employee will review your request and then send you a return label.

Step 6: Package your order neatly

Step 7: Print your return label, stick it on the package.
 
Step 8: Drop off your package at a parcel point.
 

 

Important to know:

  • It may take up to 7 days after receiving and approving your return to refund your order.
  • Note: We charge €5 as processing fees for a return
